I met the SAFE® BARRE when I was just beginning ballet, it convinced me and my parents that I could perhaps become a professional dancer. Today I am at the CCN - BALLET DE LORRAINE, the repertoire is so vast, intense for the body and the mind, I'm only 25 years old, but I already feel how much the SAFE® innovations can help me and my colleagues train and regenerate at the same time.
