Adjusting people lying on the floor in the middle of circular movements is not conceivable, that’s why our coaches are trained in what’s called neurolinguistics or « voice image ». In our past in-person programs, aspiring coaches were absorbed by their habits of hands adjusting, while through videoconference it’s the opposite, the voice is at the center of the entire training.
