No full refund can take place. In the event of cancellation of a training course to be provided by MAISON MUNZ in application of the general conditions, compensation will be retained by MAISON MUNZ according to the following rules and schedule:

● A cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the training will give rise to a total refund of the sums paid to MAISON MUNZ (excluding administrative costs of 60 US$ / 50 €).

● A cancellation at least 2 months before the start of the training will give rise to a refund of the sums paid to MAISON MUNZ, after deduction of a compensatory indemnity of 500 US$ / 450 €.

● A cancellation at least 1 month before the start of the training will give rise to a refund of the sums paid to MAISON MUNZ, after deduction of a compensatory indemnity equivalent to half of the sums paid.

● In the event of cancellation due to Covid, subject to proof of your state of health or your inability to travel, you can benefit from a full refund of the sums paid, after deduction of the service costs referred to above.
